About

Nestlé Caribbean Youth Summit is a two-day virtual event that will occur on October 5th – 6th, 2021. This two-day event is geared toward Caribbean youth between the ages of 16 -29. Young persons will be exposed to motivational discussions, presentations, and workshops from experts of various fields.

The components of the Summit will focus on three main themes:

  • Employment and Employability
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Agripreneurship

 

Over the two days, the Summit will feature:

  • Motivational Speaking from an established Business Leader
  • Mentorship Sessions
  • Skills-Building Workshops
  • Panel Discussions
  • Entertainment
  • Networking
  • Virtual Booths


At the Summit, several companies and organizations will pledge job opportunities for youth across the Caribbean for the next three years.

The target age is 16-29, however, we will not deter anyone out of the age range who wishes to register.
The Nestlé Needs Youth Programme target age is 16-29, therefore the Summit’s target is within this age range.
There is no end date to register, registration will be open even on the days of the Summit.

At the Summit, the Alliance for Youth Partners will pledge that they will offer job opportunities to youth 16-19 over a three-year period. No, jobs will be offered at the Summit.
